Tour duration will vary between 1 hour to 3 hours based on tour group size.
Tours are available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, April-June and September-October, as well as 5 days a week July and August. Groups of 3 or more can call to inquire about weekday availability.

***It is not recommended that expectant mothers and individuals with heart conditions ride on the zip tour. Those who choose to ride while pregnant must still be able to wear a full body harness.***
Arrive at the time your tour is scheduled for. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join a group once the guide has begun gearing up the group; late arrivals will be considered a no-show and therefore not entitled to a refund, but may be booked on the next available same day session, if space allows.
Have online waiver filled out and payment made through your confirmation email.
Bellevue Zip Tour operates in all types of weather except for high winds and lightning. Please do not assume tours will be cancelled for bad weather. Call us to check. If your tour proceeds and you are not present, no refunds will be provided.
If we cancel the tour due to poor weather conditions rescheduling and refund options will be available.
Cancellations can be made until 72 hours before the time of the scheduled tour and receive a refund. Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the tour date will NOT receive a refund.
You must wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes.
Please wear appropriate clothing to prevent skin to harness contact minimum recommendations:

Please remove loose or dangling jewelry, body piercings, bulky rings, necklaces, and bracelets.
Long hair MUST be tied back during tour to prevent entanglement
The base of every platform can be accessed from the hiking trails that follow the zip tour. If you bring out a cell phone, we recommend that you turn its volume on loud to make it easier to find in case it does drop. Lockers/locks are also available at no cost for items you wish to not take out on tour.
During the gear up process, we will provide you with a harness, connection lanyards, a trolley, a helmet, and gloves to use while you are out on tour. We ask that you do not bring any of your own gear.
Prescription glasses are recommended on have tour, while wearing sunglasses will be up to the judgement of the guest. In most cases, if a guest keeps glasses on their face, they will most likely stay on throughout the tour.
The Bellevue Zip Tour is designed in such a way that the first three lines act as introductory lines, giving you a taste of what the faster, higher lines will be like. On the third line, all guests zip back to ground level and are given the option to continue or end their zip tour there.
You are welcome to bring a phone or small camera out on tour to take pictures, but that will be at your own risk. If you have folks in your party that will not be joining on the tour, there are great spots to take photos from ground level, designated on our course map.
Yes, drawstring bags can be worn to bring these items along or you guide can carry a back pack so these items can be available to you.
