Policies

AGE & SIZE RESTRICTIONS:

• Climbers must be a minimum of 8 years old. Anyone under the age of 16 must have a responsible adult chaperone at least 18 years of age on site.
  • 8-12 years old’s:
    • Are able to participate on our courses accompanied by a chaperone over 18 years of age (max of two climbers per chaperone). 
  • 13-15 year old’s: 
    • Are able to participate on our courses supervised by a chaperone over 18 years of age (max of ten climbers per chaperone).
  • 16+ year old’s: 
    • Are able to participate on our courses without a chaperone on site.
• Climber may not be taller than 6'6".
• Must be a minimum of 60 lbs and a maximum of 250 lbs.

CLOTHING & EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Climbers must wear closed toed shoes (no sandals or Crocs) and clothing must provide adequate coverage/protection for a full-body harness.
• Climbers must secure loose hair, clothing or objects carefully to prevent anything from getting caught in the cabling or zip lines.
• Hair longer than shoulder length must be put into a low and tight hairstyle.
• Gloves are required on the course. You may bring your own or purchase a pair from us during the check-in process.
• Climbers must wear and use all provided equipment as directed. Harnesses must be removed before using the restroom. If gear is removed it must be checked by a guide prior to re-accessing the course.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Climbers and/or climber’s parent/guardian must sign a release of liability waiver and accept all risks or participating prior to starting their adventure.
• Candy, gum, and other choking hazards are not permitted on the course.
• Phones and cameras are not permitted on the course. Carry at your own risk.
• Smoking and other tobacco products (including e-cigs) are not permitted on the course or used while in provided equipment.
• Firearms are not permitted on the course.
• Climbers that are pregnant are unable to participate in the course.
• Climbers with heart conditions or limited mobility should consult their physician prior to accessing the course.
• Climbers must be of sound mind and body while on the course.
• Climbers may never be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Climbers may be asked to leave the course if a guide finds they are putting themselves, other climbers, or the guides at risk.
• Our courses run rain or shine but during certain weather conditions climbers may be asked to evacuate the course until further instruction is given by a guide.
• Climbers may not access the course or training station outside of operating hours or without a guide present.

EXTREME WEATHER CANCELLATION:

Our courses operate rain or shine! However, in the event of extreme weather:

• The course may be temporarily closed, and your time will be extended.
• In the event that the park must close early, or we have to close for your scheduled date due to extreme weather:
  • Guests will be able to reschedule for a different date.
  • If you are unable to reschedule you may receive a refund for your purchase.

GENERAL ADMISSION CANCELATIONS AND GROUPS OF 20 OR LESS:

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds are given as a gift card, to request a refund to your original form of payment please reach out to management.
• Cancellations inside of 72 hours are not eligible for a refund.
• Client may reschedule their adventure inside of 72 hours but are subject to $3.00 convenience fee per ticket.
  • This amount will be charged at the time of rescheduling.
  • No refund will be given if you choose to cancel your rescheduled adventure.
• Clients that No Call/No Show are not eligible for a refund or voucher.
• Clients that are found to not meet our weight and/ or age requirements within 72 hours of their reservation are inelligible for a refund and will instead receive a voucher in the form of a gift card. The gift card is transferrable, allowing the participant to use it personally or transfer it to another individual. 

LARGE GROUP CANCELATIONS (GROUPS OF MORE THAN 20):

• Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations inside of 3-7 days prior to your adventure are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations inside of 3 days are ineligible for a refund
• Client may reschedule their adventure inside of 3 days but are subject to a convenience fee.
  • $3.00 convenience fee per ticket.
  • This amount will be charged at the time of rescheduling.
• If you reduce your group size within 7 days of your reservation, you are still responsible for the full payment of the original reservation.
• We may provide vouchers for guests that can no longer join your group if notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of client booking.
  • Vouchers are subject to $3.00 convenience fee per ticket.
  • This amount will be deducted from the voucher issued.
• Clients that No Call/No Shows are not eligible for a refund or voucher.
